Sean Bral is the founding partner at Bral & Associates and a highly accomplished Los Angeles personal injury attorney. Mr. Bral has personally handled and litigated hundreds of cases in California courts (state and federal), inclusive of pre-trial settlements, as well as both jury and court trials.
Prior to founding Bral & Associates in the prestigious Century City area of Los Angeles in 1997, Mr. Bral had gained invaluable legal experience through internships with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office at the Beverly Hills District Courthouse and, later, with the Major Frauds Department of the District Attorney’s Office in Downtown Los Angeles. He also served an internship with Judge Eldon Fox of the Los Angeles Superior Court, West District.
Mr. Bral attended the University of California, Los Angeles where he earned his bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, in 1994. He then went on to earn his law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. During law school, Mr. Bral was hired by a major law firm to represent insurance companies in personal injury and negligence litigation. There, he gained key insights into the insurance defense industry and realized the importance of leveling the playing field and obtaining justice for the injured.
Mr. Bral’s personal interest, knowledge, and involvement in personal injury law allow him to be active—yet selective—in representing a qualified number of cases in this area. At the firm, he represents clients who have been severely injured in motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall accidents, pedestrian accidents, and other events resulting from negligence. He also represents clients who have lost loved ones in complex wrongful death cases, seeking justice for families throughout the Los Angeles area.
Mr. Bral was admitted to the California Bar in 1997 and was also admitted to the United States District Court, Central District of California and the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
